Fish and Game Commission recommending the Board approve the attached budget transfer increasing revenues by $2,902.53 from use of fund balance and increasing appropriations by $5,902.53, with $3,000 transfered from operating transfers for FY 2017-18 Sawmill Pond Restocking Project for Fish and Game Preservation.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Donations received from the South Lake Tahoe business community for fish stocking of the Sawmill pond are collected and disbursed in order to maintain a population of catchable fish in the Sawmill pond from early May through Labor Day of each year.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The proposed Budget Transfer results in no increase to Net County Cost.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on the original Budget Transfer.
2) The Clerk of the Board will forward the fully executed Budget Transfer to the Auditor/Controller's Office for processing, and provide a copy of the executed Budget Transfer to the Agriculture Department for the Fish and Game Commission.
