DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION:
Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) facilitating a presentation to the Board to provide an updated status on the Healthy Communities Strategic Plan Goal.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
On June 6, 2017, the Board received a presentation from HHSA on the Healthy Communities Strategic Plan Goal (File ID: 17-0555). HHSA now returns to provide an update on the status of the project(s). The Healthy Communities project has been a collaborative effort including multiple community stakeholders as well as HHSA staff.
