Request to consider Planned Development PD18-0001/FRS El Dorado Hills submitted by Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania (Agent: E. Bryant Ventures, Inc.) to allow for the construction and operation of a self-storage facility consisting of one 3,324 square foot two-story office building with a manager apartment and one 120,000 square foot three-story storage building. Parking would include 35 spaces, including two ADA compliant accessible spaces, located in five clusters throughout the site. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 121-280-21, consisting of 5.55 acres, is located on the east side of Rossmore Lane, approximately 300 feet northeast of the intersection with Vine Street, in the El Dorado Hills area, Supervisorial District 1.  (County Planner: Emma Carrico)  (Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared)*
