DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On March 21, 2018 the California Transportation Commission (CTC) released its new online tool that cities and counties are required to use to submit Fiscal Year 2019-20 SB 1 project lists. Cities and counties can no longer adopt their SB 1 Project lists through their budgets. Project lists can only be adopted by passing a resolution. Cities and counties must submit their adopted resolutions to the CTC by May 1, 2019.
ALTERNATIVES
The action to approve the resolution in this agenda item is part of an administrative request by the State of California. To fulfill the timeline by the State of California, it is recommended that the Board approve the resolution.

2) Clerk of the Board will forward one (1) original Resolution to Department of Transportation, Maintenance and Operations, attention Ashley Johnson.
