DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On November 1, 1999, the Board entered into Agreement 356-O0010 with Spectrum Resources Towers, L.P. for non-exclusive rights to install, maintain, operate and remove radio communication equipment and appurtenances on the tower located at Genoa Peak Site in Carson City, Nevada.
On May 9, 2006, the Board signed Amendment I to Tower Lease Agreement 356-O0010 with Global Tower LLC, changing the name of the Owner from Spectrum Resources Towers, L.P to Global Tower LLC.
On November 4, 2014 Amendment II was approved, changing the company name to GTP Acquisition Partners III, LLC.
On December 8, 2015 Amendment III was signed changing the name to Global Tower Assets III, LLC.
The agreement has continued on a perpetual cycle with the Sheriff’s Office bringing the agreement before the Board on an annual basis. However, the remittance address for payments was changed and needs to be updated in order for current and past due invoices to be processed. Section 25 Notices/Payment has also been revised to allow for the remittance address to be changed without the requirement of Board approval.
