DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Agreement 3959 with EMSystems, LLC was approved by the Board on July 23, 2019 (Legistar #19-1101), with a perpetual term. The agreement allows access to EMResource software used to monitor the status of hospital emergency rooms and other disaster resources. The annual cost for Fiscal Year 2020-21 will be approximately $7,559.
ALTERNATIVES
There are no viable alternatives to utilizing the Agreement for the Fiscal Year 2020-21; this service is needed by the Preparedness program.
