DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

The Board approved the transfer of EMS/EP programs from special revenue funds to the General Fund with outside reimbursement on October 20, 2020 (20-1294). The approval authorized the execution of two budget transfers to enable the transfer. During processing of the budget transfers, it was identified that one of the budget transfers included eight lines with reversed debits and credits. The original budget transfer will not be processed, and the attached is being recommended as a replacement.

 

ALTERNATIVES

There are no feasible alternatives to approval of this budget transfer that do not impact the ability to implement the previously approved transfer to the General Fund.

 

PRIOR BOARD ACTION

20-1294, 10/20/20 - The Board approved the original budget transfer.
