Recommending the Executive Committee:
1. Review and approve additional Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Community Corrections Budget consideration for the following contracts;
a. Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Contract for Managing the Effects of Public Safety Realignment Enforcement Operations Program with Placerville Police Department and South Lake Tahoe Police Department
b. El Dorado County Office of Education (EDCOE)
2. Review and approve the revised recommended Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget; and
3. Review and approve the revised recommended Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget; and
4. Approve Chair to submit the revised recommended Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Community Corrections (AB109) Budget, related Implementation Plan, and revised recommended Fiscal Year 2021/2022 Community Corrections Training, Planning, and Implementation Budget to the Board of Supervisors.

On March 4, 2021 the Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) Executive Board received Department budget presentations for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 (File #21-0361). However, a discussion during the meeting regarding the policing efforts and the vision to reallocate funds for those services in the upcoming fiscal year. As a result, the Placerville Police Department and South Lake Tahoe Police Department had a subsequent meeting to discuss their funding considerations for the upcoming fiscal year. As a result, it is requested $20,000 be appropriated for the contract services of Management the Effect of Public Safety Realignment Enforcement Operations Program for the Police Departments in Fiscal Year 2021/2022. In addition, at the time of the CCP meeting on March 4th, EDCOE had not finalized their budget submission request for FY 2021/2022. At this time, EDCOE is requesting $224,571 for Fiscal Year 2021/2022.
