Title: Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board: 1) Make findings in accordance with County Ordinance 3.13.030 (C) that it is appropriate to contract with the Tahoe Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
On July 27, 2021 (File ID 21-1178) the Board of Supervisors approved Agreement 5836 with Tahoe Coalition for the Homeless (TCH), to provide ongoing case management, and placement of individuals in need of non-congregate shelter (NCS), as well as food and miscellaneous items for those individuals placed in NCS.
