DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

The Surveyor's Office received an application from KFG & Four C’s, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for an IOD (IOD 21-0004) for a Pedestrian Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-690-011, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits.  This dedication would provide for a Pedestrian Easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 120-690-011 located within the community of El Dorado Hills, Supervisorial District 1.

 

ALTERNATIVES

An alternative would be to not accept the IOD.  By utilizing this alternative, no provision would be made for a Pedestrian Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-690-011.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT

Community Development Agency, Department of Transportation has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this Offer.

Approve as recommended.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

The Surveyor’s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis.  There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.

 

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS

1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on one (1) Consent to Offer of Dedication.

2) The Clerk of the Board will record the IOD with the signed Consent attached to the back of the document.

3) The Clerk of the Board will return a copy of the recorded IOD to the Surveyor’s Office, Attn: Jane McClusky.
