Transportation Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign a Grant Deed transferring fee simple title to the State of California for portions of certain parcels acquired for the U.S. Highway 50/Missouri Flat Interchange Project No. 71317.

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:

It is now time to move forward with transferring those certain land rights from the County to the State, which is accomplished by the Board of Supervisors approving the Grant Deed, and the deed being executed by the Chairman of the Board.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Chairman of the Board to execute the Grant Deed from El Dorado County to the State of California.
2) The Board Clerk shall attest to the Board Chairman's notari...
