Title: Transportation Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Easement Acquisition Agreement For Public Purposes and Certificate of Acceptance for the related Deed from Stephen S. Kramer and Kaye S. Kramer, Trustees of the Stephen S. Kramer and Kaye S. Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
Acquisition costs are $650, with title and escrow fees of $1,200, for a total estimated cost of $1,850. The Green Valley Road at Tennessee Creek - Bridge Replacement Project #77109 is funded with Highway Bridge Program (HBP), Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Grants and the 2004 GP Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee program (TIM) and sufficient funds are in the project budget for the subject acquisition. There is no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Background:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has been working to advance this grant funded project for the improvement, signalization, and channelization of the 3-way intersection of Green Valley Road and North Shingle Road and replacing the two-lane, reinforced concrete girder bridge with a three-lane, pre-stressed slab bridge.
