DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On April 19, 2022, with Legistar item 22-0630, the Board directed staff to pursue Perks Court for a short-term congregate shelter site. The Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) returned to the Board on May 24, 2022, with Legistar item 22-0893, for approval of Agreement 6586 with G&G Builders Inc. for the first phase of a two-phase approach to the shorter-term Navigation Center project. The first phase of the project has concluded and with a separate agenda item (22-1279), on July 26, 2022, the Board was considering approval of Agreement 6755 with G&G Builders, Inc. for the second phase of the project, the design and construction of the Navigation Center at Perks Court.
