DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
On February 8, 2022, the Board approved Agreement for Services 6164 with Colleen Bridger Consulting LLC to assist the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) Public Health Division in completing a Countywide Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan (File ID: 21-1919). As a result of the Agreement, Dr. Colleen Bridger and the HHSA Public Health Division have collaboratively been gathering and analyzing data from primary data sources and the community.
This presentation by Dr. Colleen Bridger will provide an update on the status of the Community Health Assessment and next steps to the Board.
ALTERNATIVES:
The Board could choose not to receive the presentation from Dr. Colleen Bridger on the work conducted as a result of Agreement for Services 6164.
