Background:
On December 8, 2009, the Board of Supervisors authorized Department of Transportation's (DOT) Right of Way Unit staff to proceed with the right-of-way acquisition process to order preliminary title reports and certified appraisals for four (4) privately owned parcels for the Montgomery Estates Area 1 Erosion Control Project # 95155.
Reason for Recommendation:
DOT has been working to advance grant-funded projects for various drainage improvements to attain the environmental thresholds for water quality and soil conservation, and as such, would be a vast benefit to the quality of Lake Tahoe. T...
