On June 25, 2013 (Item #21) the Board approved Amendment 2 to this funding agreement to extend the term for another year, through June 30, 2014.
Reason for Recommendation:
On April 30, 2014, the Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, sent a letter to the AQMD to request a third extension to Agreement term.
