Background
The public utilities easements, as shown on Lot 411 of "Bar -J-Ranch, Unit No. 6", recorded at Book G, of Subdivisions at Page 137, were irrevocably offered in perpetuity to the County of El Dorado on July 31, 1989 and accepted by the Board of Supervisors on September 12, 1989. A petition was made by Timothy and Bela Kriner, to the County Surveyor's Office, to abandon a portion of the Public Utility Easements on Lot 411 of said subdivision, the portions being the the rear ten foot (10') of Lot 411 and the side five feet (5') running along both sides of Lot 411, excepting the 50 feet portion on either side adjacent to the road right-of-way for Covello Circle. Please see Exhibits "A" and "B" for further detailed description. Parcel is identified as APN 119-072-07 and owned by Timothy and Bela Kriner.
Reason for Recommendation
An application has been submitted by Timothy and Bela Kriner, requesting that the County abandon the above described PU located on Lot 411 of "Cameron Park North, Unit No. 4". The subject parcel is identified as APN 082-381-01 and located on the corner of Cameo Drive and Knollwood Drive.
A T & T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District and Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said easements for the purpose ...
