Community Development Agency, Long Range Planning Division, providing an information-only workshop on the Major Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) Fee Program Update. No actions or recommendations from the Planning Commission are being requested at this time.
The purpose of the workshop is to provide background on the Major CIP and TIM Fee Update. Eight key topics will be addressed:
1) What is a CIP;
2) What is a TIM Fee Program;
3) Why are CIP and TIM Fee Programs Required;
4) CIP and TIM Fee Program Relationship;
5) Background on Major CIP and TIM Fee Update;
6) Approach to Public Outreach;
7) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Status; and
8) Next Steps.
