DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from James and Sheryl Haar, owners of the, 2003 James K. Haar and Sheryl K. Haar Trust, for Road Right of Way and Public Utility Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 09-260-37, and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B attached. This IOD is requested in order to meet a condition of P 09-005, imposed by Community Development Agency, Transportation Division.

ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept the IOD. By utilizing this alternative, James and Sheryl Haar would be unable to meet the conditions of their current project, P 09-005.
