Reason for Recommendation: The purpose of this agenda item is to extend the original agreement for vault equipment and alarm maintenance an additional five years with fee increases guaranteed not to exceed 3% annually.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The approved original amendment and one certified copy to be forwarded to the department. The department will notify Procurement of the Board's approval of the amendment and send the certified copy to the vendor.
