Supervisor Novasel, based upon the recommendation of the First 5 El Dorado Children and Families Commission, recommending the Board:
1) Make the following appointments to the First 5 El Dorado Children and Families Commission:
a) Appoint Tammy Chako, El Dorado County Public Health/Child Welfare Department Representative, Term Expiration 05/31/2023;
b) Reappoint Ginger Swigart, Community Representative, Term Expiration 05/31/2023; and
c) Reappoint Connie Zelinsky, Community Representative, Term Expiration 05/31/2023; and
2) Receive and file a Community Hub presentation from Kathleen Guerrero, Director.

A Notice of Vacancy ran from April 1, 2020 through April 13, 2020. Three applications were received. The First 5 El Dorado Children and Families Commission met on May 11, 2020 and made the following recommendations:
1) Appoint Tammy Chako, El Dorado County Public Health/Child Welfare Department Representative, Term Expiration 05/31/2023;
2) Reappoint Ginger Swigart, Community Representative, Term Expiration 05/31/2023; and
3) Reappoint Connie Zelinsky, Community Representative, Term Expiration 05/31/2023.
