DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Sophia Parkway Retail Partners, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company, for an IOD (IOD 22-0014B) for a Road Right of Way and PUE on Assessor’s Parcel Number 124-301-052 and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would provide additional Road Right of Way for DOT use and PUE for extending public services along Green Valley Road, as required by the Transportation Department as a condition of Conditional Use Permit S18-0012/Planned Development PD18-0002/EDH Folsom Self-Storage.


ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept the IOD. By utilizing this alternative, no provision would be made for extending the Road Right of Way and PUE as is required by the Transportation Department as a condition of Conditional Use Permit S18-0012/Planned Development PD18-0002/EDH Folsom Self-Storage.
