Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge and accept an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) for a Pedestrian Easement located along the frontage of 8105 Saratoga Way in the El Dorado Hills area (Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-690-011);
2) Acknowledge and accept the Pedestrian Easement on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyor’s construction standards; and
3) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) with the Consent attached, pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
FUNDING: Application Fees (General Fund).

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Surveyor's Office received an application from KFG & Four C’s, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for an IOD (IOD 21-0004) for a Pedestrian Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-690-011, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would provide for a Pedestrian Easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 120-690-011 located within the community of El Dorado Hills, Supervisorial District 1.
ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept the IOD. By utilizing this alternative, no provision would be made for a Pedestrian Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-690-011.

Community Development Agency, Department of Transportation has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this Offer.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyor’s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.
